Cam-Centric® Plug Valve
The Val-Matic Cam-Centric® Plug Valve is the quarter-turn eccentric plug valve of choice for systems handling slurries, grit, solids, and difficult process fluids. Its eccentric cam action lifts the fully rubber-encapsulated plug off the robotically-welded nickel seat during opening, eliminating seat wear and providing long, trouble-free service life with consistently low operating torque. Available in sizes ½"–72" in threaded, flanged, mechanical joint, and 3-way configurations with 100% port area, the Cam-Centric® serves equally well for pump control, shut-off, throttling, and modulating service in horizontal or vertical installations. Actuator options include direct nut, worm gear, cylinder, and electric. Meets AWWA C517; NSF 372 lead-free certified. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 certified quality system.
