The Val-Matic Surgebuster® Check Valve provides guaranteed non-slam closure through a short 35° disc stroke and a patented, field-adjustable Disc Accelerator™ that rapidly closes the disc before flow reversal while preventing slamming. Ductile iron construction for 250 PSI service with 100% flow area and fusion bonded epoxy coating interior and exterior. Ideal for high-head, multiple-pump, and surge tank installations. Tested for one million cycles per AWWA C508. NSF 61 and NSF 372 certified. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 certified quality system.
