Acquisition expands municipal water & wastewater treatment capabilities across the MidAtlantic
BALTIMORE, Maryland — December 15, 2025 — Geiger Pump & Equipment Company (“Geiger”), the Mid-Atlantic’s largest industrial and municipal process equipment solutions provider and a portfolio company of Crane Group, LLC, today announced the acquisition of Watermark Environmental Systems (“Watermark”), a respected manufacturers’ representative of water and wastewater treatment equipment serving Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
